Shipping policy

  • Our candles are made with premium coconut apricot wax which is extremely soft to begin with, so during warmer or hotter months please be mindful of your estimated delivery dates and either ensure you or someone you trust will be at the delivery location when it's expected to arrive so it can be brought inside and not left outside in the heat or risk being stolen.
  • Once we receive notification and verification that packages are delivered, seller is not liable/responsible for damages that occur after package is delivered. Avoid leaving packages in direct sunlight or in hot areas.
  • Customers should retrieve packages promptly after deliveries.
  • Damages after carrier send delivery confirmation is not the seller's responsibility. Once tracking shows "Delivered" the package is considered successfully delivered. Packages that are stolen or damaged after "delivered" confirmation is received are the customers responsibility. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a safe place for accepting deliveries, not the seller. Seller is not liable or responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation is sent.
  • It is the customers responsibility to ensure the "Deliver To" address information is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect address: the customer is responsible for paying shipping prices and fees, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Lost Packages: Seller is not liable/responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier, mother nature, natural disaster, holidays, severe weather, etc. Customers should first contact the carrier to get issue resolved before reaching out to seller. Once customer has contacted the carrier we will assist when we can.

 

 

 

 

We handmake each and every order the moment we receive the orders. The owner only makes the concrete vessels ahead of time. Pouring the candles and adding fragrance doesn't happen until your order is placed. It takes 24 to 48 hours for our candles to cure enough to be able to safely ship. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Shippping time is dependent on the carrier, holidays, weather, etc. Delivery dates are estimates and not a guarantee, due to many factors that are out of our control can affect the delivery schedule, Severe weather, accidents, holidays, etc.
