Shipping policy
- Currently only shipping within the United States.
- Please allow 2 days processing time since products are made to order.
- please be aware that colors can look different depending on data used, devices, monitors, etc.
- we have multiple options for shipping. We use Fedex, USPS, UPS.
- Rates vary depending on the weight of your order. The rates start at $10.00 and go up depending on how much your total order weighs. Its all calculated at your checkout and you can select your shipping option that is the most convenient for you.
- You are provided email updates regarding the status and delivery of your order.
- Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number tto allow you the ability to monitor your package from the moment it leaves here.
- If you should encounter an issue with delivery of your package, you will need to contact the company shipping it and provide them with your tracking number.
- Should your package arrive looking like it could have been damaged in transit, you must:
- take clear photos of the package showing it's condition upon arrival to your location.
- take photos as you start opening the package or video it, so we can see if the damage was our fault, the carrier or something else.

- Please keep in mind, we use a higher quality coconut/apricot wax blend that we blend In-House. It is much softer than any traditional candle out there, if you order during hotter or warmer months we reccommend ssomeone being at your delivery location the day it's expected. If it sits out in the sun or heat until you get off work and gets ruined we won't replace it.
